According to the latest data released by the China Automotive Battery Industry Innovation Alliance, China's battery loading volume surged to 56.6GWh in March, experiencing a 62.3% increase from the previous month and a notable 61.8% growth year-on-year. Among these figures, ternary batteries accounted for 17.7% of the total loading volume, amounting to 10.0GWh. This represents a 55.2% month-on-month increase but a decline of 11.6% compared to the same period last year. On the other hand, lithium iron phosphate batteries dominated the market with a loading volume of 46.6GWh, constituting 82.3% of the total. These batteries witnessed a robust month-on-month growth of 63.9% and an impressive year-on-year surge of 97.0%.
