Changan Automobile has unveiled its 2024 annual report, reporting a revenue of 159.733 billion yuan, marking a 5.58% increase year-on-year. Despite this revenue growth, the company's net profit decreased by 35.37% to 7.321 billion yuan, with earnings per share amounting to 0.74 yuan. In light of this performance, Changan Automobile plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2.95 yuan (tax inclusive) for every 10 shares held by its shareholders. Additionally, the company has announced that it will not undertake a capital reserve transfer to augment its share capital.
