Following Zeekr's announcement on March 13 regarding the completion of its acquisition and capital injection into Link&Co., internal management adjustments have continued to progress seamlessly. Commencing last week, the remaining Link&Co. employees transitioned from the Geely Holding headquarters in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, to the state-of-the-art Zeekr Building in Xiaoshan District. This relocation process was largely finalized by Monday of this week. Concurrently, the Link&Co.'s latest model, the Link 900, which is prominently displayed on the ground floor of the Zeekr Building, marks the debut of a mass-produced vehicle equipped with NVIDIA's cutting-edge Thor chip. The Link 900 is anticipated to be launched in the second quarter of this year. Zeekr emphasized that the co-location of the two brands will foster enhanced team collaboration and operational efficiency. Notably, by the time the acquisition was officially announced on the 14th of last month, the majority of these adjustments had already been implemented, with employee relocations and other follow-up matters only recently concluding. Moving forward, Link&Co.'s sales performance will be integrated into the financial reports of the publicly listed Zeekr (on the U.S. stock market), reflecting a unified strategic direction.
