On March 13, BMW introduced a pioneering new generation of intelligent electronic and electrical (E/E) architecture, marking a global first that spans across all power systems and segments. This state-of-the-art architecture boasts AI-enhanced user experiences and scenarios, with an integrated computing power that surpasses current models by over 20 times. At its core lie four high-performance computers, affectionately termed the "super brain," which seamlessly integrate essential functions including in-car entertainment, autonomous driving, driving dynamics control, vehicle access, air conditioning, and overall comfort. This groundbreaking innovation paves the way for the next evolutionary stage in BMW's software-defined vehicle development journey.
