On October 16th, reports surfaced indicating that Tesla's US official website has commenced accepting reservations for the highly anticipated Roadster. Specifically, the reservation deposit for the Performance version is set at $50,000, requiring an initial payment of $5,000, with the remaining balance due within 10 days. Similarly, the Thrust version demands a reservation deposit of $250,000, also necessitating an initial $5,000 payment, followed by the settlement of the outstanding amount within the same 10-day period. As for the Rocket version, reservations are currently exclusive to invited customers only. Notably, Tesla's China official website has also同步（synchronized） opened reservations, albeit offering only the Performance version, with a reservation deposit priced at RMB 332,000.
