They are set to introduce their inaugural high-end AI smartphone in September 2026, boasting a price tag exceeding 5,000 yuan, with a strategic market release planned ahead of the Double 11 shopping extravaganza. Presently, the smartphone's core development is on the verge of completion, poised to transition into the comprehensive device testing phase. The Eclix smartphone endeavor was initiated by Yu Lei, the former vice president of Gionee Group, who joined MOVA in March 2026 to spearhead the smartphone and AI hardware divisions.
