According to Lanjing News, Lenovo announced at its May operational meeting that, once the 618 shopping festival promotions conclude, it will implement a uniform price increase across its entire product lineup starting in July. The magnitude of these hikes is expected to mirror those of the previous adjustment. Lenovo has urged its distributors to make advance purchases and build up inventory to secure current pricing, with a formal price increase notification set to be released by the end of this month. This marks Lenovo’s second price hike this year, following significant increases of over 1,000 yuan on certain computer models in early March. Furthermore, other manufacturers, such as Dell, have also raised their prices, signaling a broader industry trend toward cost escalation.
