Wait, what? Argos has just updated one of its best Black Friday tech deals to undercut all the competition on Nintendo's Switch 2 console with Mario Kart world bundled in the package.

Sure, it's November and retailers are hitting their Black Friday sales hard in order to win over your hard-earned cash. But with plenty of choice from Very, Currys, John Lewis, AO and more, it's a pleasant shock to see Argos undercut even Amazon.

I've checked out the price-tracking site CamelCamelCamel, which confirms this Switch bundle hasn't ever been lower priced. It's slowly been trickling down the price scale on the approach to Black Friday. But, surely, it can't get any lower than this?

I've been fortunate enough to possess a Switch 2 since day one, so I've been playing games on the console for months (most recently with Mario Galaxy 1 + 2, which I thoroughly recommend – I've 100% completed the sequel and am working backwards to the first game at present).

So much has entertained me thanks to owning Nintendo's new console. Sure, Mario Kart World is a brilliant reason to purchase, hence recommending this deal, but so's the Switch 2 upgrade of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – that has really kept me busy for over a hundred hours now.

If the Switch 2 is still on your Christmas list and you've been waiting for a good price, then this is the deal you've been waiting for. I suspect 2026 will be another very strong year for it, too, with Metroid incoming.
