Hope Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianjin Jiahui Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., has jointly secured the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the Tongwei Yihengxin 50MW/200MWh Independent Energy Storage Power Station Demonstration Project, alongside Henan Chuneng Electric Power and Hunan Hongyuan Electric Power. The contract carries a value of 159 million yuan and stipulates a construction timeline of 150 days. Should the project proceed with the signing of a formal contract and its smooth implementation, it is anticipated to have a favorable impact on the future financial performance of the company. However, it is important to note that, as of the announcement date, a formal contract has yet to be executed, and the project's execution remains subject to uncertainties.
