Cheetah Mobile Acquires Controlling Stake in UFACTORY

Cheetah Mobile has announced the signing of an agreement through its holding subsidiary to acquire a 60.8% stake in Shenzhen Zhongwei Chuangzao Technology Co., Ltd., known as UFACTORY, for approximately RMB 99.46 million. Prior to this transaction, Cheetah Mobile already held an indirect 19.2% stake in UFACTORY through another wholly-owned subsidiary. Upon completion of the deal, the combined holdings of Cheetah Mobile's two subsidiaries will amount to an 80% stake in UFACTORY, with Cheetah Mobile's ultimate economic interest rising to 75.8%, thereby achieving a controlling stake. The transaction is anticipated to conclude in the third quarter of 2025.
