According to a statement released on Monday, the acquisition consideration includes approximately $1.89 billion in cash and $82 million in equity. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2027. In recent years, Tradeweb has been continuously building electronic trading markets for assets such as credit bonds and equities.
