Dizal Pharmaceuticals announced that on July 14, 2026, the company signed a License Agreement with AstraZeneca, granting AstraZeneca the exclusive right to develop and commercialize Sunvozertinib® globally. The agreement officially took effect on August 31. Recently, the company has received a down payment of US$600 million from AstraZeneca. In addition to the down payment, the company will also receive milestone payments of up to US$900 million related to specific clinical development, regulatory approvals, and sales achievements, as well as tiered royalties based on global sales.
