Recently, Ningbo Shanshan Co., Ltd. made an announcement stating its intention to invest in and construct an integrated base project in Qingshan District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, aimed at achieving an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of lithium-ion battery anode materials. The overall investment for this project is estimated to be approximately RMB 5.106 billion, with fixed asset investment accounting for roughly RMB 4.318 billion. This strategic move has already undergone review and received approval from the company's board of directors, and it will subsequently be presented to the shareholders' meeting for further deliberation.
