From a technical standpoint, there are notable disparities between Jingsheng Mechanical and Electrical's products and the technical approaches outlined in the disputed patent. Furthermore, there is no substantiated evidence to indicate that Jingsheng Mechanical and Electrical's products infringe upon Linton Company's patent rights. At present, this legal action has not significantly affected Jingsheng Mechanical and Electrical's production and operations.
