At the fourth press conference of the "Data Valuation: We Are Taking Action" event held on December 22, Meng Lingjie, Director of the Earth Observation and Data Center at the China National Space Administration, revealed that China currently operates a fleet of over 400 remote sensing satellites in orbit. These satellites encompass a diverse range of types, including optical, hyperspectral, infrared, and microwave, facilitating comprehensive, all-weather, and round-the-clock Earth observation capabilities.
