Under this agreement, Zhongenyun Information is tasked with providing the client with a comprehensive suite of services for computing power servers, encompassing arrival, delivery, leasing, and after-sales support. The total contract value, inclusive of taxes, stands at 731 million yuan, with a contract duration spanning 60 months. This contract sum represents over 50% of the company's audited main business revenue in the latest fiscal year and surpasses the absolute threshold of 500 million yuan. Given the extended contract performance period, revenue will be recognized in stages. Consequently, the precise impact on the company's annual performance remains subject to uncertainty.
