Alibaba Cloud Modifies Pricing for Select AgentOne Product Specifications

On July 20, Alibaba Cloud released a notification announcing that, effective from July 30, 2026, it will implement pricing adjustments for the specifications within the Intelligent Outbound Calling Agent package. Following this adjustment, the package options offering 5,000 minutes and 10,000 minutes will be discontinued. For both new purchases and renewals, the minimum specification will be standardized (unified) to commence at 100,000 minutes. The 5,000-minute and 10,000-minute packages will no longer be eligible for renewals; however, customers with currently active packages of these durations can continue to utilize them as usual until their expiration dates, unaffected by this pricing modification.
