At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), SenseTime’s AI Infrastructure division and Guoxin Digital Computing entered into a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to jointly establish a national pilot site for an integrated computing power network, streamline the allocation of computing resources, design a computing power scheduling platform, and foster an ecosystem for domestic AI chip development. Central to this partnership is the creation of a national-level testing and validation platform for integrated computing power networks, addressing challenges in computing power acceleration technologies. The partners will also co-develop a cross-regional computing power scheduling platform and construct an evaluation and adaptation framework for domestic AI chip technologies. These initiatives are set to accelerate the deployment of the national integrated computing power network and promote the widespread commercial adoption of AI infrastructure.
