In 2026, Zhuhai hosted the Integrated Development Conference on 'Maritime New Infrastructure'. During the event, the 'Zhuhai City Action Plan for the Construction of Maritime New Infrastructure' was unveiled, alongside a curated list of 33 premier investment opportunities, thereby establishing a central framework characterized by 'Five Intelligences and One Core'. Concurrently, the Maritime New Infrastructure Industry Alliance was formally established, marking a significant step towards collaborative efforts in the sector. Additionally, the collaborative project of the 'Bay Area Marine Data Research and Development Center' was initiated. Notably, Academician Chen Dake presented the marine digital twin engine DTO Engine 2.0 and the marine large model 'Nanming' at the conference, showcasing cutting-edge technological advancements.
