On June 29, 2026, the launch of the Shanghai Public Data Alliance Cooperation and Ecosystem Building Conference was held. During the event, Inspur Smart Data released the list of the first batch of public data alliance members and announced the official operation of the Dayan・Singularity platform. The first batch of member organizations cover key industrial sectors such as finance, telecommunications, surveying and mapping, legal services, and artificial intelligence. Inspur Smart Data also signed an ecological strategic cooperation agreement with the Shanghai Data Exchange and Qiantang Credit Information Co., Ltd., with plans to collaborate in areas such as listing data products on exchanges, incorporating enterprise data assets into financial statements, and innovative inclusive credit services, aiming to complete the commercial closed loop for authorized operation of public data.
