The optical communication sector as a whole has recently undergone a broad market correction, leading to a notable decline in Yuanjie Technology's stock price. However, the company clarified that its current production processes, operational activities, order fulfillments, and capacity expansion initiatives are all progressing smoothly. Among its offerings, CW lasers tailored for the data center market stand out as the primary products slated for delivery this year, buoyed by robust market demand. To meet this demand, Yuanjie Technology is actively expanding its production capacity in line with business requirements.
Notably, the company's Phase II project for the research, development, and production of optoelectronic communication semiconductor chips and devices—boasting a total investment of approximately RMB 1.251 billion—has achieved significant milestones. Construction of the civil engineering works, certain clean room facilities, and associated supporting infrastructure has been completed. The first batch of production equipment is expected to arrive at the factory shortly, paving the way for subsequent equipment debugging. It is projected that production capacity will start to take shape from late 2026 to early 2027.
