On October 16, Maxscend made public that Xu Zhihan, a key figure in the company as one of its actual controllers, chairman, and general manager, has put forward a proposal. He suggested utilizing RMB 50 million to RMB 100 million of the company's internal funds or self-raised capital to buy back the company's A-share shares through centralized bidding transactions. This move is aimed at facilitating employee shareholding schemes, implementing equity incentive plans, and protecting the company's market value as well as shareholders' interests.
