Notably, the 2.5D MEMS probe card has achieved small-batch shipments for various memory chip testing products and has successfully passed verification tests conducted by multiple manufacturers. Some customers have even progressed to the small-batch delivery stage. This product is poised to become a significant growth driver for the company in the medium to long term and is now at a pivotal juncture, transitioning from verification to mass production. Qiangyi Co., Ltd. intends to ramp up its technological investments in areas such as High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and Dynamic Random-Access Memory (DRAM), while also actively broadening its customer base. Furthermore, the 2D MEMS probe card, which remains the company's primary product and core revenue stream, continues to enjoy stable and deepening collaboration with key clients, with order deliveries proceeding as usual. Looking ahead, the company will also prioritize boosting its product competitiveness and market share in the testing of high-end computing chips, including Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) and Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs).
