Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. (stock code: 688012.SH) disclosed that Xunxin Investment, a major shareholder holding more than 5% of its shares, has successfully wrapped up its share reduction scheme ahead of the set timeline. During the period from June 23 to September 9, 2026, Xunxin Investment offloaded a cumulative total of 17.622 million shares, which constituted 1.84% of the company's total share capital. The total value of the reduced shares amounted to RMB 6.228 billion. Initially, the plan was to reduce the stake by 2%, meaning that 1.1175 million shares were not reduced as per the original intention.
