On September 9, Biwin Storage revealed in its investor relations activity log that the company anticipates achieving an operating revenue of RMB 15.575 billion in the first half of 2026. This projection signifies a remarkable year-on-year surge of 298.10%, accompanied by a net profit attributable to shareholders amounting to RMB 7.166 billion, underscoring a significant year-on-year leap.
Currently, Biwin Storage operates two pivotal packaging and testing facilities in Huizhou and Dongguan. Notably, the FOMS-R process ultra-thin LPDDR products have garnered customer demand forecasts. The CMC products have successfully achieved integrated packaging of 10 Chiplets and have finalized the development of process samples. Meanwhile, the OEC products are actively collaborating with customers on the development of 6.4T NPO optical engine packaging, with research and development slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Furthermore, the company's wafer-level advanced packaging and testing project is poised to attain a monthly production capacity of 5,000 wafers by the end of 2026, escalating to 10,000 wafers per month by the end of 2027. Should customer adoption progress seamlessly, the project is expected to commence contributing revenue to the company from late 2026 onwards.
