Workers from the SK Hynix union will begin a two-day revote starting next Tuesday on a provisional wage agreement that was rejected three weeks ago. The union will convene a representative assembly this Thursday to announce the adjustments made to the new version of the agreement. The previous agreement included a 6.3% increase in base salary, with performance bonuses distributed as 40% in cash and 60% in company stock. Of the stock portion, 40% could be sold in the same year, while the remaining 20% would be deferred and paid out over two years.
