On September 8, Bank of America analyst Didier Scemama noted in a research report that both TSMC and Samsung Electronics have indicated plans to adopt high-numerical-aperture (High-NA) technology on a large scale in the coming years, driving strong momentum for ASML Holding's advanced chip manufacturing equipment. Scemama believes these announcements signal the technology's transition from development to broader adoption in logic and memory chip sectors. Meanwhile, ASML's collaboration with TSMC on transitioning to larger photomask sizes is expected to enhance productivity, reduce chip manufacturing costs, and eliminate stitching limitations. As a result, ASML's stock price rose 1.5% to €1,523.00.
