Bencuan Intelligent has unveiled plans to channel 2 billion yuan into the Lishui Economic Development Zone in Nanjing, aiming to establish an industrialization initiative focused on AI computing power high-multilayer and high-level HDI (High Density Interconnector) circuit boards. This ambitious project is set to boast an impressive annual production capacity of 1.5 million square meters. On September 8, 2026, the company’s board of directors gave the nod to the proposal, which now awaits the final review and approval at the upcoming shareholder meeting. It’s worth noting that, as of the announcement’s disclosure date, the investment agreement remains unsigned.
