South Korean official agencies stated on Monday that, influenced by robust semiconductor demand, the export value from South Korea to India surged by over 30% year-on-year from January to August this year. Data from the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) showed that South Korea's export value to India during this period reached US$16.8 billion, a 30.8% year-on-year increase, compared to US$12.84 billion in the same period last year. With the advancement of industrialization in India, South Korean semiconductor companies, as well as manufacturers of materials, components, and equipment, are continuously expanding their market presence in India.
