The latest financial report shows that SpaceX is significantly increasing its procurement of Tesla's Megapack industrial-grade energy storage equipment. In the second quarter of this year, SpaceX invested $295 million to purchase this equipment, bringing the total cumulative procurement for the year to $329 million. These devices may be used in xAI's data centers. Previously, xAI had already purchased $430 million worth of Megapack for its data centers.
