Recently, the Digital RF Mixed Integrated Circuit Team from the School of Electronic Science and Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China published a research paper in the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC)—a leading journal in the field of integrated circuit design. The paper, titled "A 2-18 GHz High-Efficiency CMOS Nonuniform Distributed Power Amplifier With a Novel Reconfigurable Inductive Termination," was authored by Pang Bo, a master's graduate from the School of Electronic Science in 2022, with his supervisor, Professor You Fei, serving as the corresponding author.
