On November 26, SoftBank Group disclosed that its affiliate, Silver Bands, had successfully finalized the complete acquisition of Ampere Computing, a U.S.-based semiconductor design firm, on November 25 (according to U.S. local time). With this development, Ampere Computing is now a fully-owned subsidiary of SoftBank Group. Consequently, its financial status and operational outcomes will be integrated into SoftBank Group's consolidated financial statements, effective from the acquisition date.
