TSMC Set to Distribute Special Bonuses, with an Average of NT$25,000 per Employee

On November 9, as reported by Taiwan's Economic Daily News, TSMC recently organized its annual sports event at the Hsinchu Stadium. During the event, Chairman C.C. Wei made an announcement. He stated that in light of the company's achievement of setting new all-time highs in both revenue and profit in 2025, TSMC has made the decision to grant special bonuses to roughly 75,000 eligible employees across the globe. Each of these employees will receive a bonus of NT$25,000 (equivalent to approximately RMB 5,745). This marks an increase of NT$5,000 compared to the previous year. Moreover, all employees worldwide will be treated equally in this bonus distribution.
