The Dutch Enterprise Chamber has temporarily suspended Zhang Xuezheng's relevant directorial positions at Nexperia Semiconductor and appointed a foreign individual as a non-executive director with decisive voting rights. Nexperia Semiconductor's revenue reached approximately 14.7 billion yuan in 2024, and its daily operations continue, but Wingtech Technology's control over Nexperia is temporarily restricted.
