Recently, Wingtech Technology, a prominent Chinese semiconductor firm, disclosed that its majority-owned subsidiary, Nexperia, has been subjected to a one-year freeze on its assets, intellectual property rights, and other related matters, effective from September 30th, pursuant to a directive issued by the Dutch government. Concurrently, certain foreign executives at Nexperia have sought the transfer of equity interests and have suspended the duties of the CEO appointed by Wingtech Technology. The Dutch Enterprise Chamber has intervened by suspending the CEO's position and has entrusted the management rights of Nexperia's shares (all except for one share), which are held by Yucheng Holding—a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wingtech Technology—to an independent third-party custodian.

Wingtech Technology has expressed its intent to utilize legal channels to protect its rights and interests and has urged adherence to fundamental business principles. Presently, Nexperia continues its daily operations; however, its decision-making framework and resource allocation processes may face disruptions.
