Among these, capacitive pressure sensors have garnered significant attention owing to their low power consumption and high stability. Nonetheless, their performance, particularly in terms of sensitivity and linearity, has been constrained by conventional design paradigms. This limitation has hindered their deployment in complex scenarios demanding precise force feedback and dynamic control, thereby restricting their further development.
