A collaborative effort between the research groups of Sun Fangwen and Zou Chongwen, guided by the team of Academician Guo Guangcan at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), has successfully developed a method to optically control the phase transition of vanadium dioxide thin films, thereby enabling the reconfiguration of micro-nano current pathways. This groundbreaking research further showcases the application of this technology in solid-state spin quantum manipulation.
