A team comprising Zhou Peng, Ma Shunli, and Bao Wenzhong from Fudan University's National Key Laboratory of Integrated Circuits and Systems, along with the School of Integrated Circuit and Micro/Nano Systems, has successfully validated the world's first prototype of a wafer-scale, fully integrated 2D microwave transmitter system. By delving into Maxwell's equations, they have unveiled the ultra-low loss transmission mechanism of atomic interfaces within the RF band, heralding a groundbreaking transformation in the realm of 2D RF electronics. This milestone achievement not only paves a new path in this field but also holds significant scientific importance and practical value.
