Amidst the escalating perils of cyberwarfare and cybercrime, traditional defensive paradigms have become obsolete, necessitating a novel approach that swiftly identifies and counters attacks. Zhou Hongyi disclosed that 360 has constructed a far-reaching security network spanning the globe, leveraging security big data and AI technology to devise a digital security solution tailored for China, which shoulders 98% of threat detection responsibilities within the domestic cybersecurity landscape.

He championed the notion of "security as a service," advocating for a shift in the security industry towards a service-oriented model and unveiling the "Big Model Guardian" to address the security challenges posed by the AI era. Furthermore, 360 has expressed its willingness to extend its security capabilities to nations participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, offering national-level early warning defense systems, security cloud services, complimentary security blueprints, and cybersecurity training programs.
