On July 22, Hangzhou, China, played host to the inaugural Global Technology Innovation Competition, a joint venture organized by Zhejiang University, Westlake University, and the Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Technology Department. This competition welcomes participation from universities, research institutions, and startups worldwide that have been established within the past five years. It features four key categories: aerospace, humanoid robotics, biomanufacturing, and AI+eye health. To expedite the translation of research into practical applications, an esteemed panel of experts comprising 18 academicians will offer technical mentorship and guidance.
