The China Securities Industry Association (CSIA) has recently embarked on a specialized IT survey targeted at the branches of securities firms. This survey encompasses three core aspects: foundational operational infrastructure, technology application and data security practices, as well as system optimization. The objective of this initiative is to meticulously compile the experiences and challenges faced by securities firms in the IT construction, operation, maintenance, and security of their branches, thereby fostering standardized management and operational efficiency. Of particular focus is the progress in deploying emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data within customer service contexts. Emphasis is placed on the imperative need for robust data security measures to accompany technological advancements.
