On April 27, Guangdong Province held an AI Application Matchmaking Conference. The conference was structured around a '1+5' model, encompassing one overarching thematic session and five specialized matchmaking segments. During the thematic session in the morning, Guangdong Province unveiled a suite of policy initiatives aimed at bolstering AI development. It also highlighted 23 exemplary 'AI+' application cases across various domains, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, education, government services, agriculture, elderly care, and public services. Moreover, the conference featured promotions (here, "promotions" is used to convey the idea of actively presenting or recommending; alternatives like "introductions" could also fit depending on the nuance desired) for key products, scientific research endeavors, supply-demand platforms, application scenarios, and industrial ecosystems. In the afternoon, the five specialized matchmaking segments delved into areas such as technological innovation, manufacturing, commerce and trade circulation, public services, and the synergy between computing power and electricity within the 'AI+' framework. These segments facilitated direct, precise matchmaking between supply and demand among diverse stakeholders, with the objective of fostering the profound integration of AI into the real economy.
