In a recently released video, Unitree Robotics has presented its wheeled-legged humanoid robot, showcasing its remarkable capability to execute intricate moves, including skating and rollerblading, along with more demanding maneuvers such as 360-degree spins and front flips. Unitree is of the opinion that humanoid robots epitomize the ultimate form of general-purpose robots. These robots can be equipped with wheels or designed with legs, depending on the specific needs at hand. In November 2025, Unitree rolled out a full-fledged solution for data collection and training in humanoid robots, leveraging its wheeled robot model, the G1-D. This comprehensive solution encompasses a high-performance robotic body, systematic data collection tools, and an all-inclusive suite for model training and inference. It is designed to offer developers a one-stop robot R&D platform, thereby expediting the commercialization process of humanoid robots.
