On April 21, the Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory of Quantum Computing Chips announced that China’s third-generation, independently developed superconducting quantum computer, ‘Benyuan Wukong’, has achieved initial integration of artificial intelligence (AI) computing capabilities. Additionally, it has introduced a suite of quantum AI tools, including the quantum knowledge large model Origin Brain and QPanda3 Runtime MCP. This advancement represents China’s first systematic integration of independently developed quantum computing power into the AI application ecosystem, marking a significant stride in evolving independent quantum computers from a "functional" state to a more "user-centric" one.
Origin Brain is tailored for quantum computing, blending quantum expertise with AI technology to deliver intelligent knowledge services for research, education, and developers. This integration substantially lowers the barriers to learning and research in the quantum field.
QPanda3 Runtime MCP enables users to submit quantum computing tasks through intelligent agent dialogue with large models, facilitating "on-demand" access to quantum computing resources and enhancing overall usability.
Currently, ‘Benyuan Wukong’ has delivered quantum computing services to over 47 million users across 163 countries and regions worldwide. It is also actively exploring quantum-AI hybrid algorithms, with a focus on sectors such as power, finance, and industry, to provide intelligent decision-making support for these industries.
