From late March to early April this year, Autovariable Robotics successfully secured nearly RMB 2 billion in Series B financing, with Xiaomi Strategic Investment and Sequoia Capital China taking the lead in this funding round. Prior to this, the company had already completed an RMB 1 billion Series A++ financing on January 12, which saw joint investment from ByteDance and other entities. Notably, this marked the inaugural investment from the AI fund of Shenzhen Capital Group. Autovariable Robotics has also garnered investments from Meituan and Alibaba, distinguishing itself as the sole embodied AI enterprise in China to simultaneously attract investments from these three major internet giants. Established in December 2023, the company is dedicated to the development of its proprietary "General Embodied AI Large Model" and has introduced two self-developed robot models, Quantum 1 and Quantum 2. Among them, Quantum 2 stands out as a versatile wheeled humanoid robot.
