As a high-profile trial approaches, OpenAI sent a letter on Monday to the attorneys general of California and Delaware, urging them to investigate Elon Musk and his affiliated parties for 'improper and anti-competitive conduct.' In the letter, OpenAI's Strategy Director, Jason Kwon, accused Musk of deliberately undermining OpenAI through a series of 'attacking actions,' including 'coordinated efforts' with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Kwon claimed that Musk's actions could hinder OpenAI's development of artificial general intelligence (AGI).
