On October 22, Huawei hosted the "HarmonyOS 6 Special Launch Event," where it formally unveiled the HarmonyOS 6 system. Yu Chengdong, the Executive Director of Huawei, declared that HarmonyOS 6 facilitates cross-ecosystem interoperability, allowing seamless file transfers with Apple's iOS devices—and others—without relying on mobile data. This capability enables swift near-field transfers, transcending the barriers between different device ecosystems. Moreover, HarmonyOS 6 introduces the innovative "HarmonyOS Galaxy Interconnection" architecture, which achieves transmission speeds of up to 160MB/s. It also reduces latency and power consumption by more than 20%, while offering groundbreaking collaborative features such as "Simultaneous Hand-Eye Operation" and "Seamless App Continuity."
