The recent advancements in China's AI technology during the first quarter of this year have further bolstered his faith in Xpeng Motors' strategy and technical approach for deploying large AI models in the physical world. According to reports, Xpeng Motors has developed a groundbreaking cloud-based foundational model comprising tens of billions of parameters. This model has undergone pre-training using over a hundred million kilometers of real-world driving data, marking a first in China's autonomous driving sector. Furthermore, the company has leveraged reinforcement learning to enhance the model's generalization capabilities, enabling it to handle diverse and complex scenarios. By employing techniques such as distillation, pruning, and quantization, Xpeng has deployed these models on vehicle endpoints, doubling their accuracy.
