On October 21, Jifeng Co., Ltd. made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jifeng Seats (Hefei), has been awarded a < Designated Notice Letter > (also known as Designation Notification Letter) by a new energy vehicle manufacturer, thereby securing a seat assembly project. The company is tasked with the development and production of complete vehicle seat assemblies for the customer. Mass production for this project is slated to commence in August 2027, spanning a lifecycle of 2.3 years and with an estimated total contract value of RMB 1.18 billion. Although this contract award will not significantly affect this year's financial performance, it is anticipated to contribute positively to revenue in the coming years.
