On October 21, AITO Customer Service released a statement concerning a vehicle fire incident that occurred in Shenmu, Yulin, Shaanxi Province. The incident unfolded as follows: At around 23:25 on October 17, an AITO vehicle was involved in a collision in Shenmu, Yulin, and subsequently caught fire. Immediately after the collision, the vehicle's emergency call system was automatically activated and established a connection. Simultaneously, the AITO roadside assistance center promptly contacted the local emergency services by dialing 122 to report the accident details and coordinate rescue operations. We express our profound regret over this unfortunate event.
